In our workshop, an HBM1030 is taking shape for a 100% hygienic line

An HBM1030 is currently being assembled in our workshop. This hygienic densification machine is intended for a manufacturer of animal-based food powders, with very high expectations in terms of cleanliness and microbiological control.

The HBM1030 incorporates two key options:

• CIP (Clean in Place), for automated and secure washing,
• Drying in Place, which enables rapid line restart while ensuring optimal hygiene after each cleaning cycle.

Delivery is scheduled for spring 2026. A special feature of this project is that the customer has authorised us to conduct trials with other manufacturers in a controlled environment prior to shipment. This will enable us to demonstrate the machine’s hygienic performance on different products and further refine the standard settings.
